We do not rush jobs. Each service is completed with precision and care, ensuring long-term protection and satisfaction.

4. Booking, Confirmation & Arrival

Appointments are confirmed through official channels only.

Clients will receive a confirmation message including:

• Service package
• Estimated duration
• Location
• Price estimate

Arrival windows range from 15–45 minutes depending on travel and weather conditions.

We communicate delays promptly and professionally.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

We value our time and preparation. To maintain fairness and efficiency:

Standard Cancellation

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the appointment.
• Cancellations within 72 hours incur a $55 cancellation fee.

Same-Day Cancellation

• Same-day cancellations automatically incur the $55 fee.
• Rebooking is allowed only after the fee is paid.

No-Call / No-Show

Failure to answer or be present at the scheduled time results in:

• A $55 no-show fee
• Required prepayment for future bookings

Weather Exceptions

Weather-related rescheduling initiated by SuperSports Auto Detail LLC does not incur fees.

6. Payment Policy

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted methods:

• Cash
• Card
• Zelle
• CashApp
• Apple Pay

Late or missing payments may result in refusal of future service or required prepayment.

7. Vehicle Condition & Liability

SuperSports Auto Detail LLC is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Mechanical or electrical issues
• Loose or broken components
• Peeling paint or clear coat
• Items left inside the vehicle

We document vehicle condition before service for mutual protection.

If damage is discovered during detailing, clients are notified immediately.

8. Personal Items & Privacy

Clients must remove personal belongings before service.

We do not handle:

• Weapons
• Illegal substances
• Cash or valuables
• Sensitive documents

Any items found are placed in a secure container.

We respect privacy and never access locked compartments unless instructed.

9. Photo, Video & Marketing Consent

We may record or photograph vehicles for:

• Quality control
• Liability documentation
• Marketing content

Images focus on the vehicle and detailing process, not the client.

Clients may request exclusion from promotional use.

All media remains property of SuperSports Auto Detail LLC.

10. Safety, Weather & Environmental Conditions

We may reschedule or modify service due to:

• Extreme temperatures
• High winds
• Unsafe neighborhoods
• Poor lighting or space limitations

Safety for staff, equipment, and vehicles is always prioritized.

11. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work.

If a client is unsatisfied:

• Notify us within 24 hours of service
• We will review and correct valid concerns at no cost

After 24 hours, environmental factors may affect results and cannot be guaranteed.

12. Feedback & Communication Policy

We value honest feedback and professional communication.

Feedback Integrity

Clients agree to:

• Communicate concerns respectfully
• Allow correction before posting negative reviews
• Avoid false or misleading claims

Company Response

We reserve the right to:

• Respond publicly to clarify misinformation
• Decline future service to clients who misuse reviews
• Document interactions for protection against false claims

Respectful Conduct

Harassment, threats, or disrespectful communication will result in immediate termination of service and refusal of future appointments.

13. Business-to-Business (B2B) Policy

For partnerships with dealerships, towing companies, and other businesses:

• All mobile service policies apply equally
• Vehicles must be accessible and ready for service
• Clear communication required for keys, drop-offs, and pickups
• Cancellation and no-show fees apply without exception
