1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by SuperSports Auto Detail LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling an appointment, submitting a service request, accessing our website, or engaging with any of our programs—including the Replacement Coverage Program—you (“the Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are designed to ensure clarity, protect both parties, and establish a consistent standard of service delivery. Customers are encouraged to read this document carefully. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of all policies outlined herein.


2. Scope of Services

SuperSports Auto Detail LLC provides professional automotive detailing and related services, including but not limited to:

Exterior Detailing: Hand wash, decontamination, clay bar treatment, wheel and tire cleaning, tire dressing, paint protection, and specialty exterior treatments.

Interior Detailing: Vacuuming, stain treatment, shampooing, odor removal, interior surface conditioning, and deep-cleaning procedures.

Full Detailing: Combined interior and exterior services.

Specialty Services: Engine bay cleaning, ceramic coating, pet hair removal, headlight restoration, and other advanced treatments.

Mobile Services: On-site detailing performed at customer-provided locations.

Replacement Coverage Program: Temporary-use vehicle access for qualifying customers during extended detail sessions.

The Company reserves the right to modify, expand, or discontinue services at any time.


3. Booking, Scheduling, and Arrival Requirements

3.1 Appointment Confirmation

All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Customers will receive a confirmation message containing the date, time, location, and service details. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify accuracy.


3.2 Arrival Window

Customers must ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time. A grace period of 15 minutes is provided. Delays beyond this window may result in:

Service postponement

A delay fee

Rescheduling at the Company’s discretion


3.3 Access Requirements:

Customers must provide:

Vehicle keys

Adequate working space (driveway, parking area, or approved location)

Notification of hazards, pets, or restricted areas

Failure to provide safe access may result in cancellation fees.


4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Due

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoicing process is also added as a form a payment that will include a net of 30 days from the services provided, latepayments will stay as outstanding balance and in order to continue services balance will need to paid in order to not become  a ladux account.


4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

Cash

Debit or credit card

Digital payments (Zelle, Cash App, Venmo)


4.3 Deposits

Large or specialty jobs may require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable unless the Company cancels the appointment.


4.4 Non-Payment

Unpaid balances may result in:

Late fees

Suspension of future services

Legal collection processes

The Company reserves the right to pursue all remedies available under law.


 5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy


5.1 General Policy

The Company invests time, labor, travel, and preparation into each appointment. To maintain operational efficiency and fairness, the following cancellation and rescheduling rules apply without exception.


5.2 Standard Cancellation Window

Cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a $35 administrative cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% service charge.


5.3 Same-Day Cancellation

Any cancellation made on the same day of the appointment is automatically classified as a Late Cancellation and will result in:

A charge equal to 75% of the scheduled service total

For ceramic coating or specialty services: 100% of the scheduled service total


5.4 No-Show Policy

A “No-Show” occurs when:

The Customer is not present

The vehicle is not accessible

Keys are not available

The Customer does not respond within the 15-minute grace period

No-Shows incur a 100% service charge and may result in permanent account suspension.


5.5 Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling must occur at least 48 hours before the appointment.

Rescheduling within 48 hours incurs a $25 rescheduling fee

Rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a $45 rescheduling fee

Same-day rescheduling is treated as a Late Cancellation


5.6 Weather-Related Adjustments

Weather-related rescheduling is permitted only if conditions pose safety risks or compromise service quality. The Company reserves the right to determine whether weather conditions justify rescheduling.


5.7 Repeated Cancellations

Customers with:

2 late cancellations

2 no-shows

3 reschedules within 60 days

may be subject to:

Mandatory deposits

Prepayment requirements

Account suspension

Denial of future services


5.8 Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

The Company cancels the appointment

A deposit was collected and the Company cannot reschedule

A service was prepaid and not delivered due to Company error

Refunds are not issued for:

Customer cancellations

Customer rescheduling

No-shows

Weather-related delays


6. Water Usage & Environmental Compliance

The Company adheres to all local, state, and federal water usage regulations. Customers must disclose:

Water restrictions

HOA rules

Limited access conditions

The Company may use waterless or low-water methods when required. Unsafe or non-compliant water access may result in cancellation fees.


7. Vehicle Condition, Liability & Damage Disclosure

The Company is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Electrical issues

Mechanical failures

Loose or fragile trim

Oxidation or clear coat failure

Items left inside the vehicle

Customers must disclose known issues. Documentation photos may be taken for liability protection.


8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customers must report concerns within 24 hours. Corrections apply only to missed areas and do not guarantee full restoration of permanent damage or stains.


9. Replacement Coverage Program

Eligibility is determined by service type, duration, and availability. Customers must sign a short-term use agreement and assume responsibility for fuel and any damage incurred.


10. Employee Conduct

Employees must adhere to strict professional standards. Violations result in disciplinary action.


11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

Provide accurate vehicle information

Remove personal items

Ensure safe working conditions

Follow pre- and post-service instructions


12. Privacy Policy

Customer data is used solely for operational purposes. No data is sold or shared. Customers may request data deletion.


13. Website Usage & Intellectual Property

All content is owned by the Company. Unauthorized use is prohibited.


14. Policy Updates

The Company may update policies at any time. Customers will be notified of major changes.
